Jean Barkley Elkin Lowery, 87, of Hampton, passed away October 28, 2019, in Hampton, Iowa. Jean was born December 24, 1931, in Cincinnati, Ohio, to James and Alma Elkin. Jean lived a full life with 3 husbands, 3 children, 3 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. Jean was preceded in death by her daughter and 2 sons, Patricia Suzanne, Rayburn Kenneth, and James Anderson. She is survived by her three grandchildren, Jay Hawkins of Miamisburg, Ohio, Danielle Julson of Milton, Washington, and Tressa Larson of Saint Petersburg, Florida; and 6 great-grandchildren, Mallory, Eleanor, Violet, Adelaide, Myles, and Titus.
