Ronald A. LucasMr. Ron Lucas of Judge Dr. in Saukville, passed away unexpectedly at his residence on Monday morning, January 24, 2011. He was 66 years old. Ron was born September 1, 1944 in Milwaukee, the son of John H. Lucas II and Marguerite Butscher. He graduated from Pius High School in 1962, and from MIT School of Photography in 1965.He proudly served his country in the United States Army from 1966-1969. Ron owned a professional photo lab, Pro-Lab in Milwaukee for 20 years, before joining Johnson School Bus in Port Washington as a bus driver in 2000.  Ron was a member of Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Saukville, where he was active in the choir and the St. Vincent de Paul Society. He was a member of the Landt-Thiel American Legion Saukville Post #470 and the American Legion Riders. Ron was an avid Green Bay Packer fan who enjoyed woodworking, clock repairs, riding his motorcycle and spending time with his family. A Memorial Mass will be held at 5PM on Thursday, January 27, 2011 at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church, 145 W. Church St. in Saukville, followed by full military honors. Father Karl Acker and Father Patrick Wendt will concelebrate.  The family will receive visitors at the church on Thursday from 3-5PM. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested.
