Robert "Bob" Thomas

Robert "Bob" J. Thomas, age 78, of Blue Bell, PA, earned his wings on 19 December 2019. He was the beloved, adoring husband of Joyce. Bob is survived by his daughter Robyn Thomas (Lou); grandchildren whom he cherished: Mitchell, Rachel, Brianna, and Becca; his daughter-in-law Jennifer L. Thomas; sisters, Ginny, Judy, Betty Jane (Mel), and his brother, Donald. He was also predeceased in death by their son Ward L. Thomas, who had proudly followed in his father's footsteps as a Police Detective. Bob wore many hats throughout his lifetime, but the center of his gravity was always his family. His love affair with Joyce began when they were 13 and flourished through these past 65 years. He was an Army Veteran and served on the Lower Gwynedd Police force to the rank of Corporal. Post-retirement from the Police force, he began a new career as a Montgomery County Court House Crier to the Honorable Judge Tilson and Del Ricci which he thoroughly enjoyed.
