raveling full time in his RV with Lynda and his four dachshunds; Tex, Trinity, Sadie and Snickers. He is now reunited with his parents, John and Lena Dyess; his brother, Pat Dyess; and his son, Jimmy Dyess. Glenn is survived by his wife of 15 years, Lynda Dyess of Elgin; his two daughters, Debi Johnson and Donna Dial (Bryan) both of Round Rock; his grandchildren, Ashley Simons (Justin) of Round Rock; Matthew Napier of Castle Rock, CO; Daylon Dyess (Lucy) of Smithville; Tyler Hodgson (Brooke) of Austin and Hunter Johnson of Hutto; great-grandchildren, Carter, Mason, Kaden and Kolten. Glenn is also survived by daughters Brandi Painter, Kara Painter (Shane), Gay Lyn Gaskill (David), grandchildren Tyler Painter, Brandon Gaskill, Stephanie Gaskill, Lora Macklin and 12 great-grandchildren. A memorial service to celebrate Glenn's life will be held Friday, January 3, 2020 at 11:00 A.M. in the chapel of Harrell Funeral Home, 4435 Frontier Trail, Austin, Texas 78745. Graveside services will follow at Masonic Cemetery on Circle S. Road, as well as a Friends and Family Gathering at Onion Creek Lodge.
