Seth J. Thompson

Seth J. Thompson, 20, of Albion, IN passed away at 10:24 p.m. Friday, January 3, 2020 from injuries sustained in a car accident. Born December 21, 1999 in Fort Wayne, he was the son of Dave Thompson and Sara (Holbrook) Miller. He grew up in Albion and enjoyed fishing, hunting and played football as he grew up. He attended Central Noble Middle School and graduated from Central Noble High School with the Class of 2018. As he became a teenager, Seth learned the skills of tanning hides and worked at McDonalds and Whitley Manufacturing. He found relaxation in hunting and enjoyed casting his reel at Duke's Bridge or singing for his friends. Seth had the gift of making people laugh. He was a natural comedian and could easily get you laughing. A gathering of family and friends will be 2-7 p.m. Wednesday, January 8, 2020 at DeMoney-Grimes, a Life Story Funeral Home, 600 Countryside Drive, Columbia City. Funeral services will be 10 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home with Pastor Nate Mosley officiating. Burial will follow at Hooper-King Cemetery, Avilla.
