Sara Nichols

10/21/1988 - 1/22/2016 Sara Colleen Nichols passed away at her home in Houston, Texas on Friday, January 22nd. Sara was born and lived her whole life in Houston, TX. She was 27 years old. Sara attended DeBakey High School and Houston Community College. She worked for many years as an optician and excelled at work, school, and everything that she did in the short time she was with us. She touched so many lives in so many ways and was loved by many. She was passionate about her family, friends, poetry and music. She loved to laugh and was always up for adventure and fun. She was a beautiful ray of light for all the people that knew and loved her. Sara is predeceased by her father, Charles Rex Nichols. She is survived by her mother, Stephanie Allen, both grandmothers, Jeanne Wallace and Betty Guidry, her grandfather, Joe Allen, her aunts; Jennifer Calk, Kimberly Patin and Diane Bossom as well as her many cousins, extended family and many, many friends. She was loved by all who knew her. Memorial services for Sara will be held at White Oak Baptist Church, 3615 Mangum Road on Friday, January 29th 10:00 am.[more]
