James Joseph Land

James Joseph Land passed away on August 18, 2019, at the age of 81 surrounded by his family. Jimmy is survived by his beloved wife, Joyce and his three children: Andrea Healy (AJ), James J Land (Helene), and Samantha Land (Ted Hertz). He is also survived by his nine grandchildren: Ainsley, Sara, Kathryn, Jenna, Hope, Charlie, Sophia, William, and Tess. Friends and family are invited to his Visitation on Saturday morning 9:30 am at Epiphany of our Lord Church, 3050 Walton Rd, Plymouth Meeting, PA followed by his Funeral Mass at 11:00 am. Jimmy was a graduate and longtime supporter of LaSalle College Highschool and LaSalle College. Jimmy was the CEO of Wissahickon Spring Water, a Philadelphia company founded by his father in 1926, and a former President of the International Bottled Water Association. Most importantly was his philanthropy; he was humbled by his good fortune and wanted to help those in need. Over the years, Jimmy partnered with the Sisters of Mercy to provide safe drinking water for communities.
