Leif E. Anderson

Leif passed away October 25, 2019 at his home in Glendale, AZ. He suffered from Alzheimer's and Parkinson's. Leif was born in Leavenworth, Kansas on August 22, 1942. He joined the U.S. Navy after graduation and spent the next 4 years mostly overseas and on standby during Vietnam war.  Leif met his wife Linda and they were married on December 10, 1966. They met at Hallmark Cards in Topeka, Kansas where he worked for 18 years. Leif moved his family from Carbondale, Kansas to Arizona in 1989. He worked for Circuit City in Scottsdale for 13 years. Leif loved working with wood using different tools for wood projects, watching westerns on TV, hunting, fishing and spending time with his family. Leif is survived by his wife Linda; daughters Tina Chaffin, Alyssa Conner and son-in-law Kenny Conner; three brothers-in-law in Kansas Dave Richards (children Holly & David), Lance Braumann (son Billy) and Everette Dannar (wife Judy & son Cody); several nieces and nephews. Leif was preceded in passing by his father Leif E. Anderson Sr.; mother Elizabeth Anderson; and two sisters Jean Armstrong and Maria Dwire and son-in-law Todd Chaffin.
