r 54 years, until Jack passed away in 1999. They had 3 children, Janice, Judith and Kenneth. She was an accountant for Ralph Moreland Inc., a restaurant business; and for Green Pastures, a historical home and restaurant. She retired when Jack needed her at home. She enjoyed technology and people were amazed at her proficiency with Facebook, Kindle and email. She and Jack enjoyed traveling and taking cruises. They had many adventures together, and after Jack died, she continued to travel. She enjoyed gardening and collecting plants, and loved watching birds. She enjoyed the companionship of her dogs, the most recent was Gidget, whom she adored. She often announced that Gidget was the "sweetest dog in the world". Gidget had Rosemary well-trained. Rosemary was active in the Manchaca Baptist Church for over 50 years. She sang in the choir, taught Sunday School, and served on many committees. She was not shy about offering her opinions! She loved reading the Bible and going to church services on Sunday morning, Sunday night, and Wednesday night. Two years ago, Rosemary moved to Boerne, Texas to be near family. Up until the age of 96, she lived in her home and took part in many of the activities at the senior center. Rosemary was preceded in death by her sister Imogene, brother George, and husband Jack. She is survived by her 3 children, spouses, 7 grandchildren, and 12 great grandchildren, as well as her sweet Gidget. Services were private. Memorial contributions can be made to Meals on Wheels, The Rainbow Senior Center at Kronkosky Place, 17 Old San Antonio Road, Boerne, Texas 78006. The donations will be used to provide meals for seniors and their pets. Many seniors of limited income feed parts of their meals to their pets. This way, they both get to eat!
