Stephen M. Geller, 54 passed away on Tuesday, March 10, 2020 from complications of a long-term blood disorder. Steve was born on August 10, 1965 in Watchung, New Jersey.
A graduate of the University of Colorado Boulder and the California College of Podiatric Medicine, he later moved to Phoenix, Arizona where he served the community through his private practice, Desert Foot Surgeons. He inspired many new doctors with his work running residency programs at the County hospital. He dedicated much of his time to the American Board of Podiatric Medicine for many years. Most recently he was the Chief of Podiatry at the Carl T. Hayden VA Medical Center where his skill and knowledge have had great impact. His passions included health and fitness, traveling, spending quality time with his wife, and playing with his beloved dogs.
He is survived by his parents Rose and Lew, his wife Ellen, children Ryan (Linnea), Allison, and Sam; stepchildren, Kelsey and Carter Hodge, siblings Carol (Brian) Coriell and Teri Teligman, nephews David Coriell and Devin Teligman and niece Michelle Coriell along with many other family members.
