n't worthy due to lack of taste or his mood at the moment. His favorite foods were Mexican, Sushi, and a good steak. He was always willing to try new foods and enjoyed eating out at restaurants. A few months before Joshua's diagnosis, his family got a new dog and Joshua quickly made claim to her. During his battle with Leukemia, Joshua and Ivey would fight the battle together. Ivey provided much needed support to Joshua and he showered her with love and affection even in his darkest days. They had a special bond. Joshua loved his family and his friends. He was loyal and kind to them all. He enjoyed going to the movies, driving his car, and meeting up with friends to "hang out". Joshua played football on/off throughout his middle school and high school years and especially enjoyed re-joining the Georgia Force Football Team for his senior year. His first carry of that season resulted in a Touchdown and although he wasn't a starting player, when he did play, he made it count. Joshua is survived by his parents, Geoff and Kathy Eggers and John and Amy Lee, their children: Henry Lee, Sarah Lee, Jackson Lee, Grace Lee, John Michael (Ashley) Lee, Carlos (Emily) Morataya, Melvin (Caroline) Batres, Matt Eggers, Tom Eggers, Roy Harkins, Hayley Harkins and his biological brother, Max Richardson. Joshua leaves behind a big family that will miss him, but are thankful that this was not goodbye, but rather, see you later. A visitation with the family will be held at Ingram's Funeral Home in Cumming, Georgia on Thursday, May 21, 2020 at 2:00 p.m. A service to celebrate Joshua's life will follow at 3:30 p.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that you consider making a donation in Joshua's name to the Dear Jack Foundation (supports young adults battling cancer, www.dearjackfoundation.org) or Sidewalk Angels (supports no kill animal shelters, www.sidewalkangelsfoundation.org).
