Monique was born March 28, 1973 in Denver, Colorado to Erma Lee Harts and Arthur Eugene Pinkey.She was the beloved mother of Dajae Brown, Makayla Willis, Danaya Slater, Daquan Slater, and Dmari Williams. She attended Smith Elementary, Hamilton Junior High, and George Washington High.Although born and raised in Colorado, she took a leap of faith, relocated and planted roots in San Diego, California. Moniques career profession for thirteen years was as a Customer Service Representative.
