Sandra Jo Devault

Sandra Jo Devault, 44, of Westover, passed away Wednesday, July 15, 2020. Born August 17, 1975 in Morgantown, she is a daughter of Cyrald Allen Rohrbough with whom she made her home, and the late Rebecca Lelamae McKinney. In addition to her father, she is survived by two brothers, Thomas Devault and his companion Cynthia Austin, and John Allen Rohrbough & his wife Ashley; a sister, Heather Lipscomb; three nieces and three nephews including Dylan Jones who she raised; as well as an aunt and uncle, Kenny and Jana McKinney. Along with her mother, she was preceded in death by a sister, Milessa Lynn Harvey. Family and friends may join together to honor Sandra's life & legacy at Smith Funeral & Cremation Care, 108 Holland Ave., Westover / Morgantown on Monday, July 20, 2020 from 6:00 - 8:00 PM. Following the visitation and at the request of the family, Sandra will be cremated. All family members and guests who enter the funeral home for the visitation will be required to wear a face mask and follow the recommended social distancing guidelines as set forth by the CDC.
