Arnold Rodney Eugene Hatcher, age 74 of Council Bluffs passed away on Sunday at his residence. Arnold was born on May 21, 1946 in Council Bluffs to the late Herbert and Elice (Good) Hatcher Sr. He worked as a self-employed Contractor. Arnold married Paula Osborn on October 14, 2016. Arnold was preceded in death by his parents; son, Arnold (AJ) Hatcher Jr.; step-daughter, Mary Osborn. He is survived by his wife, Paula Hatcher; daughters, Venus Hatcher; Cathy Jensen; Chrisandra Nielsen; Athena Reed; step-daughter, Virginia Osborn; son, Daniel Hatcher; stepsons, John Bedford; Nathanael Osborn; several grandchildren; Several great grandchildren; sisters, Alice Greene; Rickey Engeberg; Susie Freeze; Caroline Cue; brothers, Herbert Hatcher Jr; George Cue.
