Susan M. DePoppe

Susan M. DePoppe passed away peacefully at her home on Thursday, August 27, 2020, in the loving arms of our Heavenly Father. Susan Marie DePoppe was born on July 29, 1962 in Rochester, Minnesota. She grew up in Byron. She lived in Lake Tahoe for about 10 years and worked at a ski resort. She and Kevin Beaver were united in marriage and lived in Colorado for 3 years before they divorced. Sue loved all animals and especially her little Yorkies and lastly her Australian Shepherd, Carly. Her hobbies were decorating and shopping. Sue is survived by her parents, Wayne and Diane DePoppe; brother, Scott; sister, Kathleen (Rick) Dubois; godchild and niece, Angela Koss (Robert Venier); nieces, Heather DePoppe (Mike Bond) and Courtney DePoppe (Chris Aldis); nephew, James Koss; and a special friend, Gary "GL" Lusk. She has 12 special great nieces and nephews along with many cousins. The family requests memorials to Camp Companion, Christ Lutheran Church in Byron, or Seasons Hospice.
