Benjamin Saldana Martinez

Benjamin Saldana Martinez, 64, of Austin, TX passed away on December 3rd 2020. Benjamin was born in the town of El Estribo in Coahuila De Zaragoza, Mexico to Genaro Martinez and Delfina Saldana on the 15th of September 1956. Benjamin moved to Texas in the 70's where he worked as a landscaper and raised a family. He enjoyed playing soccer winning numerous trophies and awards. He eventually opened up his own landscaping service becoming a successful business owner. Benjamin is survived by his, daughters MaryLou Martinez McBurney, Nancy Martinez, Christine Martinez, son Benjamin Josue Martinez, wife Alma Lopez Serrano, and grandchildren Mariah, Madilyn, and Christopher. He is preceded in death by his daughter Cynthia Martinez. Visitation and Rosary will be held at Harrell's Funeral Home, 4435 Frontier Trail Austin, TX on Monday, December 14th at 6pm. Graveside funeral service and burial to be held at Assumption Cemetery 3650 A.
