Nicole Holly McCormick, age 38, passed away December 9 , 2020. She was born on September 18, 1982. Nicole is preceded in death by her daughter Alexis; mother, Anna May; and John Farley. Holly is survived by her son, Chevy; sister, Jenine (James), Melissa (Kevin), Jaclyn; brother, Bill (DeAnna); special friend, Willie Wolfe; as well as many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
