LARRY DEAN BAKER MUSCATINE, Iowa - Larry Dean Baker, 72, of Muscatine, passed away on Friday, December 11, 2020, at Lutheran Living in Muscatine. A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 7th, 2023, at Ralph J. Wittich-Riley-Freers Funeral Home. Reverend Susan Bantz will officiate. Burial will be at Greenwood Cemetery. Online condolences may be made at www.wittichfuneralhome.com. Larry was born on April 24, 1948, in Iowa City, the son of Kenneth and Joan Baker. He graduated from West Liberty High School. Larry was united into marriage to Susan Marie Smith on September 21, 1989, in Muscatine. He served in the United States Army during the Vietnam war. Larry worked for Louis Rich Foods for several years as a maintenance electrician. He then went to work for GPC as a maintenance electrician and later retired from there. Larry was a hard worker. He enjoyed spending time with his wife and playing board games with his son when they were younger.
