From the time he was just a teenage boy, he always found himself playing gigs in various local bands, creating lifetime friendships. Blaine also used his vast knowledge of the local terrain to serve in the Uintah County Search and Rescue for over 17 years. He is preceded in death by his Grandparents; Sammuel & Agnes Williams; Parents Floyd & Doris Mecham. He is Survived by his wife Barbara Watson, Daughter Marcie Ann (Inoke) Buka, 3 Grandchildren; Melissa Ashleigh (Colby) Lindquist, Stettler Young, Sophia Young; and 5 Great Grandchildren; Tegan, Daylyn, Kenadi, and Braleigh Lindquist and Olivia Tippitts. Blaine also had Many Nieces, Nephews and Friends who he deeply adored.
