Deborah Laverne Kincell Miller

Deborah "Deb" Laverne Kincell Miller, 65, of Fairmont passed away on Wednesday December 30th, 2020 after a brief (non-COVID related) illness. She was born in Morgantown, WV on August 25, 1955. She was the daughter of the late James Kincell and the late Betty Klingensmith Kincell. She is survived by her loving daughter Michelle Miller of Brooklyn, NY; her sisters Mary Kincell Parker (Gordon) of Baldwin, MS, Jeaneen Kincell Rexrode of Fairmont, WV, and Margie Kincell Weingard of Fairmont, WV; as well as many nieces, nephews and dear friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her three brothers Lawrence Allen Kincell of Fairview, WV, David Kenneth Kincell of Fairmont, WV, and James Maurice Kincell of Fairmont, WV. Deb was a 1973 graduate of Fairmont Senior High School and a 2002 graduate of Fairmont State University. She worked as a Senior Accounting Associate at Viatris/Mylan. whose homemade noodles were legendary. She was an avid reader of more than 50 books a year and enjoyed nature, whether walking the rail trail or taking a long country drive. She was a deeply loved person who will be missed dearly. Instead of a traditional burial, Deb has chosen "recomposition" - a process that transforms human bodies into soil so that we can return to the earth after death.
