Thomas Jeremiah Redmon

Mr. Thomas Jeremiah Redmon of Yadkinville, entered into eternal rest on January 17, 2021, after a brief illness at the age of 73. Thomas, affectionately known as "Dick" by his family, was born in Harmony to the late Willie Gordon Redmon and the late Vera Martin Redmon. He attended Houstonville Elementary School, graduated from Unity High and later attended A&T College. Thomas at an early age joined Pleasant Hill Baptist Church. Later in life he joined Christ United Methodist Church in New Jersey serving on the Deacon Board, Usher Board and Welcoming Committee. Although a man of few words, Thomas often spoke of his love for his church family and friends. He loved traveling, fine dining, fashion and fancy cars. Thomas was preceded in death by his parents; several siblings, including a brother, Charles Redmon. Thomas leaves behind to celebrate his life a daughter, Nakima Redmon of Paterson, NJ.
