i and the Lanterns, who performed, sang and danced locally. Tom McCabe was a proud Irishman who deeply loved his Catholic faith and his family. No one was a stranger, he could talk with anyone, and his many stories are legend. Tom is survived by his loving wife Mary, his brother Patrick (Marcella) McCabe, his children Christine (Ken) Kole, Charlene (Richard) Allemon, and Thomas Michael (the late Diane). He adored their 8 grandchildren, Adrianna, Leah, Neil, Amber, Erica, Michael, William and Austin. Tom delighted in their 11 great grandchildren, Zander, Valin, Braden, Julius, Madelyn, Carson, Joseph, Rowan, Ellie, Logan and Luke. He heartily enjoyed the large extended families on both sides, siblings, in laws, and many nieces and nephews. Thomas McCabe often exclaimed that he was a "blessed man", and his family was blessed to have him as the patriarch of their clan, a sterling example of faith, love and charity to others. His legacy of laughter and song will live on in each of them. Arrangements entrusted to Chas. Verheyden Inc., 43300 Garfield, Clinton Twp., Michigan.
