Mary Munson EAST MOLINE, Ill. #45;- Mary P. Munson, 52, of East Moline, formerly of Aledo, Ill., died Monday, July 16, 2001, at the Illini Hospital in Silvis, Ill. Services are 2:30 p.m. Saturday at the Fippinger Funeral Home in Aledo. The Rev. G. J. Plunkett will officiate. Private burial will be at a later date. Visitation is noon until service time Saturday at the funeral home. A memorial fund has been established at the funeral home. Mrs. Munson was born on March 4, 1949, in Rock Island, Ill., the daughter of Earl Jr. and Olive Lingafelter Stallings. She married Benjamin Munson Feb. 8, 1969, in Aledo. She graduated from Aledo High School in 1967. She was a Certified Nurses Aid and a devoted homemaker and mother. Survivors include a daughter, Charity Bellinger of Galesburg, Ill.; a son, Josh Munson and his wife, Christy, of Ottawa, Ill.; a grandson, Stephen 'Nick' Munson of Galesburg; her mother, Olive Stallings of Aledo; two sisters, Sister Magdelena Ellen Stallings of Mich, Mexico and Teresa Mayfield of East Moline; four brothers, Bill and Tim Stallings, both of Rock Island, Bob of Sherrard, Ill. and Joe, of Pensacola, Fla.
