Mary Milder CLINTON, Iowa #45;- Mary Bertha 'Bert' Enderle Milder, 84, of Clinton, formerly of Olin, died Thursday, Jan. 24, 2002, at The Alverno Care Center, Clinton, from complications of Alzheimer's. Services are 10 a.m. Monday at St. Mary's Catholic Church, Mechanicsville. Burial will be at Rose Hill Cemetery, Mechanicsville. Visitation is 3-5 p.m. Sunday, with a 5 p.m. Wake Service, at Morgan Funeral and Cremation Choices, Mount Vernon Chapel. Memorials may be made to Alzheimer's Association East Central Iowa, 1642 42nd St. NE, Cedar Rapids, IA, 52402. Mrs. Milder was born on Feb. 14, 1917, in Davenport, the daughter of Andrew and Clara Taylor Enderle. She married Ralph Milder on Jan. 27, 1940, at St. Mary's Catholic Church, West Liberty. He preceded her in death on April 18, 1972. She graduated from West Liberty High School in 1934. She and her husband farmed in Muscatine, Tipton and Olin. She was active in religious education and the Altar Society at St. Mary's Catholic Church of Mechanicsville. She joined the Rev. Survivors include her children, Patricia Behrends, Mary Akin and her husband, Thomas, and Margaret Johnson and her husband, Larry, all of Cedar Rapids, Maxine Pollock and her husband, Gene, of Kailua, Hawaii, William Milder of Olin, Suzanne Evans and her husband, Curtis, of Joice and Michael Milder and his wife, Lisa, of Grinnell; two sisters, Catherine and Ellen Enderle, both of Davenport; 24 grandchildren; and 19 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; a son, James Milder in 1974; three brothers, Edward, Andrew and George Lawrence Enderle; a sister, Margaret Schwerdtfeger; and a son-in-law, Everett Smith.
