Harlan Harvey LETTS, Iowa -Harlan John Harvey, 63, Letts, died Tuesday, July 9, 2002, at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics, Iowa City. Services are 2 p.m. Friday at the Stacy-Lewis Funeral Home, Columbus Junction. Burial will be at Oak Grove Cemetery. Visitation is 5-8 p.m. today at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established for the Letts Fire Department and the Louisa County Ambulance Service. Mr. Harvey was born Dec. 1, 1938, in Muscatine, the son of Edward A. and Blanche Easterla Harvey. He married Wanda L. Fuller June 15, 1957, in Letts. He was a lifelong resident of Letts and worked as a farmer all of his life. He was a Methodist by faith. He was a member of the Grandview-Letts Lions Club, Cedar Township Trustee, Letts Fire Board Trustee, Muscatine Moose Lodge No. 447, Farm Bureau and the Cedar Valley Hunting Club.
