Grace Bartolomucci

Grace was born in Casey County, Kentucky on July 22, 1924. In 1940, she came to the Tipton area and met Bud Clements through her sister, Lillian, and married Bud April 11, 1940. Together they raised eight children. Bud passed away in 1985. She then met and married Orlando Bartolomucci on March 17, 1987 in Florida. He passed away in 1994. Grace was a homemaker, a cook at the Bennett school, and retired from Sheller Globe in Iowa City. She was a member of Saint Mary’s Catholic Church in Tipton before moving to Davenport where she was a member of Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church. She was also a member of the Women of the Moose for many years. Grace is survived by eight children: Brenda (Sid) Brown of Wilsonville, Oregon, Wanda Ossmann of Davenport, Ellen (Lester) Proctor and Gracie (Norman) Gritton both of Tipton, Paula (Michael) Ruefer, Catherine (Rick) Hollingsworth of Davenport, Candi Clements of Muscatine and Eddie (Shelley) Clements of Stilwell, Kansas, twenty-one grandchildren, twenty-seven great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
