GRANDVIEW, Iowa #45;- Marsha L. Holland, 52, Grandview, died Tuesday, Dec. 28, 2004, at her home. The Rev. Darryl Erickson will officiate the services. Casket bearers are Greg Drilling, Travis Ranum, Shane Davis, Dan Irons, Wes Beverlyn, Ronnie Mowery, J.J. Koehler, Joe Barnard and Jim Hyink. Honorary casket bearers are Kyle Drilling and Ryan Drilling. Burial will be at Oakdale Cemetery, Wilton. After the burial, a time of food and fellowship will be held in the Community Room at the funeral home. A memorial has been established at the funeral home. Mrs. Holland was born May 22, 1952, in Mason City, the daughter of Charles and Delores Holmes Abbey. She married Don Holland Aug. 26, 1995, at Shepherd of the Cross Lutheran Church, Muscatine. She graduated from Muscatine Community College in 1995, where she made the dean's list and concentrated on business psychology, micro-computer applications and interpersonal communications. years and taught summer Bible school classes. She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, especially the grandchildren. Her special pets include Cody the Sheltie and Tyra the cat. Survivors include her husband; two sons, Travis Ranum of Iowa City and Shane Davis of Mount Pleasant; a daughter, Sheila Drilling and husband, Greg, of Riceville; and four grandchildren, Morgan, Madison, Ryan and Kyle Drilling, all of Riceville. She was preceded in death by her parents.
