Vanderstelt Jr., Mr. John Fruitport, Michigan Mr. John Vanderstelt Jr., age 83, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Saturday, May 29, 2021 at home surrounded by his loving family. John was excited to be reunited with his daughter, Buffi who precedes him in death in 1987. He was born in Muskegon, MI on September 15, 1937 to John & Johanna (Teuling) Vanderstelt Sr. He married the love of his life, Joyce on August 25, 1961 and have been happily married for 60 years. Mr. Vanderstelt was the former owner of John Vanderstelt Builders and later owned Sun Spree Tanning Spa in Grand Haven. He also served on the Fruitport School Board of Education. SURVIVORS Wife, Joyce Vanderstelt; Son, Chad (Judy) Vanderstelt of Fruitport; Grandchildren, Jenna (Matthew) Kubanek of Norton Shores, Savannah (Chris) Chartrand of Fruitport, Leila Vanderstelt of Fruitport; Sister, Joanne (Tom) Fowlow; Sister-in-laws, Paula Vanderstelt, Thelma Vanderstelt; Brother-in-laws, Ken Lundholdm, Loren (Eleanor) Barber; Many Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins.
