Randy Hansen Services: 10:30 a.m. Friday, Sept. 21, Bentley Funeral Home, Wilton. Visitation: 3-7 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 20, funeral home. WILTON, Iowa -- Randy L. Hansen, 58, of Wilton, died Tuesday, Sept. 18, 2007, at his home. Pallbearers will be Rick Hansen, Jerry Marolf, Frank Townsend, Marian Mutu, Scott Holmes and Stan Cole. Internment will take place at the Oakdale Cemetery in Wilton. Memorial donations may be made to the Wilton First Responders or the Wilton Parents for Youth League. Mr. Hansen was born June 3, 1949, to Ernest and Erna (Beinke) Hansen, in Muscatine. He married Mary L. Schaeffer Nov. 15, 1985, in Durant. He graduated from Wilton High School in 1969 and proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy. He worked as a mill-wright at Gerdau-Ameristeel in Wilton for 12 years. Over the years, he had many other jobs, including over-the-road trucking and farming. He loved a good practical joke and was known for his infectious laugh and sense of humor.
