SHARON L. BROWNELL

Sharon L. Brownell, 57, of Marquette passed away on Wednesday, August 11, 2021 at her home. Sharon was born on May 6, 1964 to the late Everett and Brenda (Bernard) Setter. She was a 1983 graduate of Marquette Senior High School and attended Northern Michigan University. Sharon was a care aide at Brookridge Heights Assisted Living as well as an aide for Home Health Care in various capacities. She was a member of Messiah Lutheran Church. Sharon enjoyed spending time with her children, chatting with friends, and bowling. She devoted many years taking care of her parents. Sharon was so proud of her daughters and spoke of them often. Sharon was kind, strong, outspoken, and had a beautiful soul. She was not judgmental, and she was an amazing listener. Sharon was much more than just a mother, daughter, coworker or friend she was family to many. She was one of a kind and left her mark on everyone's hearts. A celebration of Sharon's life will be held on Sunday, August 15, 2021 at the Presque Isle ice cream store pavilion from 1-4pm with Rev. Leon Jarvis where he will officiate.
