He will be deeply missed by all. He is survived by his wife, Jody LeHew of Cedar Rapids; his mother, Jeannie Sampica; his father, Philip LeHew and step-mother, Flo, all of Cedar Rapids; a brother, Barry LeHew of Cedar Rapids; a sister, Erin Lindsey and husband, Gary, of Savannah, Georgia; two step-sisters, Jill McDonald of Cedar Rapids and Joen Lane of Bloomington, Illinois; a step-brother, Johnny DeMuth of Elkader; his father-in-law and mother-in-law, Lonnie and Patti Cook of Muscatine; a sister-in-law, Lori Cook of Blue Grass; many aunts and uncles; 17 nieces and nephews and three great-nephews. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Cortlandt and Helen Stevens and Kenneth and Mary LeHew; and an uncle, Robert Stevens.
