Charlene Louise White

Charlene White, 90, of Council Bluffs and formerly of Glenwood, IA passed away on Tuesday, August 31, 2021 at the Midlands Living Center in Council Bluffs. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, September 3, 2021 at the Loess Hills Funeral Home in Glenwood with Pastor Seth Kaiser officiating. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the funeral beginning at 12:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be in the East Liberty Cemetery northwest of Malvern. Loess Hills Funeral Home in Glenwood is caring for Charlene and her family. Memorials: Trinity Lutheran Church - Glenwood Charlene Louise Weseen daughter of Carl and Bessy (Hodson) Weseen was born on May 1,1931 in rural Red Oak. On June 18,1949 Charlene married Gail Edward White in Red Oak, IA. The couple was blessed with three daughters, Janice, Joyce and Barbara. The couple moved from Red Oak in 1968 to Glenwood where they made their home up until the summer of 2013 when they moved to Council Bluffs.
