Jessica R. Hurston

Jessica Renae Hurston, the daughter of the late Mary F. Brown and Eddie Hurston, was born January 2, 1983 in Chambers County, AL. She departed this life on October 28, 2010 at her residence. At an early age Jessica accepted Christ as and joined the Ebenezer Baptist Church, where she attended Sunday School and church faithfully. Later in her adult life, she joined the Pilgrim Baptist Church under the leadership of Pastor Frank Kennedy, Jr Jessica attended Lanett City Schools. She was employed at Martex Mill in Valley, Alabama. She enjoyed being with her family and watching movies. She loved being a mother to her son, Cameron. She possessed a radiant personality that reflected love, kindness, hospitality, and cheerfulness. She was an inspiration to her family and friends. Jessica was preceded in death by her two aunts Tammy Brown, Nell Burton, and a uncle, Kenneth Brown.
