DARLA HERLEIN MUSCATINE, Iowa - Darla K. Herlein, 62, of Muscatine, died Sunday, June 20, 2010, at the University of Iowa Hospital and Clinics. Funeral Service will be 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 23, 2010, at the Ralph J. Wittich-Riley-Freers Funeral Home. Burial will take place in the Island Cemetery. Honorary bearers will be Roger Whitlock Sr., Tim Othmer, and Mike Phillips. Casket bearers will be Shawn Herlein, Tracy Ross, Mike Foor, Joshua Jarr, Tim McLaughlin, and Victor Castillo. Darla was born on December 24, 1947, in Muscatine, the daughter of Keith Kenton and Ruth C. Yerington Kirk. She was united in marriage to Harry Herlein on April 25, 1984, in Muscatine.
