William "Bill" R. Pascoe

William "Bill" Pascoe East Galesburg - Mr. William R. (Bill) Pascoe, 79, of E. Galesburg, IL., passed away peacefully at 4:54 p.m., Tuesday, October 26, 2021, at home with his family by his side. William was born April 4, 1942, in Rock Island, IL, the son of William G. and Vivian B. (Sargeant) Pascoe. William retired from the Air Force after 20 years plus of service. After retirement, he was a roofer, worked at Filter Service, and then a school bus driver for Headstart. He was an avid pool player. William married Linda Shumard in 1990. He is survived by his wife; children: Debra (Steve) Madden and Family, Bill (Georgeann) Pascoe and Family, Leslea Abshire and Family, Stephanie Lee and Family, Tracea (Wendell) Giles and Family, all of Oklahoma; Chris Shumard and son, Trent, of E. Galesburg; Erica Shumard (Bill Johnson) and Family of Galesburg; sisters, Joyce Pickrel and Family, Cheryl (Rollie) Paulsgrove and Family, and Diana (Marc) Young, all of Galesburg; and special nephews, Mike Anders of Florida, and "Butch" Pascoe of Texas.
