Rosalie J. McVeigh, 82 died Friday at her daughter's home in North Wales PA. She was formerly of the Olney section of Philadelphia. Born in London, England, she was the daughter of the late Lawrence V. and Florence M. (nee Norman) Sampson. Mrs. McVeigh was preceded in death by her husband Francis X. McVeigh. She was a Receptionist, employed by Zapf's Music Store in Philadelphia for many years. She was the devoted Mother of Rosemary P. McVeigh of Quakertown, PA, Francis John McVeigh of Kankakee, IL, James M. McVeigh of Haymarket, VA and Margaret J. Collopy of North Wales, PA. She was the loving grandmother of 6 and great grand mother of 2. Relatives and friends may call Tuesday, April 21, 2009 from 6:00 to 7:00 PM at the Anton B. Urban Funeral Home, 1111 S. Bethlehem Pike, Ambler, with a Memorial Service at 7:00 PM.
