try. He loved reading the Bible and always had a verse ready to share with others in any given situation. Toward the end of his life, he dealt with significant health issues, but he never feared death. He knew his future was secure, his hopes based not on this world but on Jesus and his promises. Steve is survived by his wife, Dianna, his children: Kristie (Scott), Rachel (Gary), Susan (Scott), Joseph (Ashley), and Abby (Zach), and was a much beloved Papa to 8 grandsons and 5 granddaughters. He was preceded in death by his parents, his son, Joshua, and a child lost through miscarriage. No doubt he experienced an incredible reunion that Tuesday morning. We are grateful for the love he showed us and the many he interacted with. We will miss him more than words can express but know where he is and know that our separation is only temporary. He is home now and has heard his Savior's words, "Welcome home good and faithful servant".
