HOLLY JO RUSSELL ESMOND, North Dakota -- Holly Jo Russell, 37, of Esmond, North Dakota, formerly of Muscatine, passed away on Wednesday, June 29, 2011 at her home. No funeral services are planned. Visitation for Holly will be held on Friday, July 8, 2011 from 4:00-7:00 p.m. at the Geo. M. Wittich Lewis Home for Funeral and Cremation Services. Holly Jo was born on December 25, 1973, in Muscatine, the daughter of David O. and Nancy Manley Russell. She graduated from Black Hawk College for Respiratory Therapy, and she worked as a respiratory therapist at Muscatine General Hospital before moving to North Dakota. She always had pets and loved the outdoors. She enjoyed doing crafts and canning, and she loved spending time with her kids and nieces and nephews. She loved getting together with the family at holidays, and her spontaneous laugh is well-remembered. Holly will be deeply missed by her mother, Nancy Russell of Muscatine; her daughters, Samantha Young and Whitney Russell, both of Muscatine; her special friend, Wes Gilleland of North Dakota; her grandchildren, Brooklyn and Mylei; her siblings, David O.
