Michael Edward Podjaski

MICHAEL E. PODJASKI Mike Podjaski, of Western Ave. in Random Lake, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, July 18, 2011 at Aurora Medical Center in Grafton. He was 56 years old. Michael was born in Milwaukee on June 4, 1955, son of Edward and Mary Ann Kadow Podjaski. He grew up in Jackson and attended school in West Bend, graduating from West Bend East High School, Class of 1973. He apprenticed to become a watchmaker, starting his own business in Fredonia in the 1980's. He moved to Random Lake in 2002 and renamed the business Random Lake Watch Service. Mike loved being outdoors, especially duck hunting, and also enjoyed fishing, golf and gardening. He is survived by his daughter, Marisa (Jeremy Theis) Podjaski of Random Lake, his brother Mark (Julie) Podjaski of Campbellsport, and his dear friend Mary Stehling. Mike is further survived by other relatives, clients and friends. He is preceded in death by his parents. Memorial Services will be held at 7PM on Friday, July 22,at the Eernisse Funeral Home, 171 N. Royal Ave. (Hwy LL & Park St.) in Belgium. Father Jim Ernster will officiate the service. The family will receive visitors at the Funeral Home on Friday from 4-7PM.[more]
