David Joseph Cooley
Cooley, David David Joseph Cooley found peace on August 6, 2011 after being severely injured in a motor vehicle accident. David was born July 23rd, 1981. The son of Richard and Diane (Collins) Cooley. He grew up in McFarland, WI and a 2000 graduate of McFarland High School. David was very creative expressing himself with many forms of art especially his music and poetry. He returned to his family trade as a floor installer to make his living with his dad, Rick. Together they worked side by side in the business rebuilding their father son relationship and forming a mutual respect and love for one another. His life changed as a result of meeting and marrying the light and love of his life Cheyenne (Trehey) on January 26th, 2008. Together they brought into this world their beautiful daughter, Cassidy Rae on August 24th, 2009. Cheyenne changed David's life. And the birth of Cassidy turned his life around. David amazed family and fiends with the love that flowed from him for Cassidy. He became the most attentive, loving, and patient father possible. Aunts and uncles, Patty Cooley, Doreen (Jim) Whitcomb, Jim (Tammy) Cooley, Tom Collins, and Sue (Jeff) Labelle. Special cousins, Trevor, Marsha, Richelle, Cole, and Mitchell. Nieces, nephew, and many Cousins. He was preceded in death by his grand parents, Richard and Patricia Cooley and John and Mildred Collins and cousin Shawn Trevor Cooley. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, August 10, 2011 at 6:00 pm at the Cress Funeral home in McFarland. Visitation will be on Wednesday from 3:00pm to 6:00pm.
