Robert Layne Reno was a loving and devoted partner, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. He passed away peacefully in his residence on 12/29/2021 at the age of 61 after a long battle with cancer. Better known as Bob, he was born on 10/27/1960. Bob grew up in a large family with siblings Carla Clark, Linda (Michael) Putnam, Tracy (Lesly) Reno, Jerry Reno, Pat (Jim) Oakley and is preceded in death by his Father Traceford, Mother Ruth J. Reno and sister Paula Sunde. His legacy continues with his life partner Kymberly Gruzwalski, daughters Trista Reno and Shannon Young, sons Philip and Geoffrey Gruzwalski, sons-in-law Corey Allison and Anthony Young, daughters-in-law Christa and Markie Gruzwalski, 11 grandkids, and three great grandkids. As well as many nieces, nephews, great nieces, and great nephews he loved very much. Growing up in Madison Height, MI, Bob moved to Texas for a few years, and later returned home to settle his Cowboy Boots with his true love Kymberly. surprise that after his cancer diagnosis he also fought hard and was a true warrior. His favorite pastimes were gardening, playing horseshoes, hanging with his family and friends, and performing magic tricks for the children in his life. Bob never hesitated to help someone in need, never gave in, and always showed love to those around him. There will be a Celebration of Life Saturday July 23, 2022 at 730 W.
