Robert Dean Finley LONE TREE, Iowa--Robert Dean Finley, 66, of Lone Tree, passed away on Friday, August 19, 2011 in Lone Tree. Memorial Service will be held 11 a.m. on Saturday, August 27, 2011, at the Sorden-Lewis Home for Funeral and Cremation Services in Lone Tree. Honorary pallbearers will be Steve Finley, Mike Maxwell, Gary Metz, Chad Morgan, Gordy Bohannon, and Jim Kretzschmar. Following the services, full military rites will be provided by the Lone Tree American Legion Post 457 with a time of food and fellowship to follow. Visitation will be from 10 to 11 a.m. on Saturday, August 27, 2011, at the funeral home. A memorial fund has been established at the funeral home in Robert's name. Robert was born on March 27, 1945, in Schuyler County, Missouri, the son of Roy E. and Claudia Beatrice Barnhart Finley. In 1978, Robert met and later married Mary Lou Funk.
