Frances had an eye for antiques and loved to decorate. She frequented sales and auctions, enjoying the time visiting with people as much as searching for that special item. She loved to take long walks, rode her bike when weather allowed and she enjoyed raising beautiful flowers. Faith and family were the most important things in her life. Frances is survived by her two children: Christopher (Kimberly) Bienert and Kristina Tracey and her fiancée Anthony Sumo and their children Anthonio and Zoey. Also surviving are sisters Joyce Aske of Ames, Ruth Feldick of Buffalo Center, Elanor Vulgamott of Webster City and brother Luther Carlson of Marshalltown. She was preceded in death by her husband Franklin in 1993 and her parents.
