Cheryl Gille

Cheryl Gille, age 70, of Quincy, died Thursday, February 10, 2022, at 12:22 pm in Timber Point Health Care in Camp Point, IL. Cheryl was born March 6, 1951 in Quincy, Illinois, the daughter of Arthur and Dorothy Smith Bornman. She married Jimmie Gille on January 10, 1970 in Quincy. He survives. Cheryl was a 1969 graduate of Quincy High School. She and Jimmie were long-time owners and operators of their own ceramics and crafts business. In her spare time, Cheryl enjoying playing league pool, and she and Jimmie enjoyed traveling and going on cruises. Cheryl was a faithful member of First Southern Baptist Church In addition to her husband, survivors include three sons: Glenn Edward Gille of Toluca, IL; Craig Allen Gille, and Jason Wayne Gille, both of Quincy; a step-brother, Dennis Morrall; a step-sister, Phyllis Morrall; a sister-in-law, Judy (Clifford) Emery of Quincy, IL; a brother-in-law, Allen (Glenda) Gille of Eminence, MO; and her dog, Buster Brown.
