Anita A. Svec

Age 54 of Scandia (Copas), passed away September 27, 2011 following a courageous battle with ovarian cancer. She is a 1976 Graduate of Forest Lake High School. Anita is preceded in death by her younger brother, Jeremy Bestland; niece Anna-Leigh Viebrock and nephew, Mark Gabrielson; mother and father-in-law, Elaine & Frank Svec; sister-in-law, Marci Svec Anita will be deeply missed by her husband, John Svec; mother, Darlene Bestland; father, David Bestland; sisters and brothers, Annette Viebrock, David Bestland, Angela (Dwayne) Scofield, Deanna Gabrielson (Joe Koch), Joanne Paulsen, Jeffrey Bestland and Susan (Craig) Haugrud; many nieces and nephews; many other relatives; friends and lots of people who came to see her beautiful gardens and visit her during her garage sales. A visitation will be held from 4-8 PM on Thursday, September 29, 2011 at Roberts Family Funeral Home, 555 Centennial Dr. SW, Forest Lake.
