SUSAN "SU" MacDONALD

Susan Marie "Su" MacDonald, 63, of Negaunee, moved on, on Sunday morning, March 13, 2022 at Medilodge of Munising with her loving family at her side. She was a patient there a short while. Su was born on August 31, 1958 in Denver, Colorado to the late Dowell and Garnett (Wendling) Stiles. She was 1976 graduate of Poudre High School in Fort Collins, CO and then attended the University of Northern Colorado achieving a major in Spanish and a minor in foreign languages. Su also did some post graduate studies at Michigan State University and Northern Michigan University working toward a Master's degree. Su formerly taught French and Spanish at Marquette Public Schools from 1984 to 1986. In 1987 she began teaching at Negaunee High School until her retirement in 2011. She possessed a mastery of five languages. One of her greatest joys in life was being a hockey mom and camping with her family. She was a passionate football fan, particularly the Denver Broncos.
