Cole, Mrs. Betty Lue Muskegon, Michigan Mrs. Betty Ruthie Mae Cole., age 80, went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Wednesday, March 23, 2022. She was born in Sunflower County, MS on October 3, 1941 to Curly B. Gordon and Easter Mae Pleas. Betty accepted Christ at an early age and was baptized. She was employed by the Hilton Hotel as a laundry aid for 3 years. Betty was a member of City of Love Ministries under the leadership of her grandson Pastor Kevin McCloud Jr. She was a graduated from Muskegon High School. She married Levi Cole Jr. and he preceded her in death. Betty was a woman of God, family oriented and was an independent person. She enjoyed sowing, cleaning, cooking, driving, reading the bible, attending church activities, and spending time with her children and great grandchildren.
