VERNON L. COOPER MUSCATINE, Iowa -Vernon L. Cooper, 63, of Muscatine, passed away on Thursday, June 30, 2022, at Premier Estates. The Ralph J. Vernon was born on October 5, 1958, in Muscatine, the son of Dwight and Arlene Tutt Cooper. Vernon worked at Crossroads for many years. He enjoyed bowling, Bingo, traveling, and listening to country music, especially Johnny Cash. Vernon never knew a stranger. He had many obstacles in his life, but always persevered. He will be deeply missed by his siblings, Yvonne Fox, MacArthur Cooper, Richard Thomas and his wife, Debbie, Linda Kincaid and her husband, Tony, and Diana Newcomb and her husband, John.
