Idella Marie Williams

Idella Marie Milhouse was born on January 14, 1953, in Los Angeles, California to Rosa Marie Milhouse. She was the second of six children. She attended Los Angeles School District and participated in the LA Majorettes. She graduated from Manual Arts High School in 1970. After high school, she obtained a Back Office Medical Assistant certificate from Bryman College and worked as a Medical and Dental Claims Examiner for over 35 years. In 1978, she married Kenneth Williams and they were blessed with two daughters - Nakeisha (Williams) Durfield and Keniece (Williams) Borden. Idella was baptized at the Church of Christ and regularly attended service with her family. She was a devout Christian who loved the Lord and was a member of St. Stephen's Baptist Church in La Puente, CA. She loved spending time with her family, taking walks, relaxing at Mission Bay and listening to her grandchildren's laughter while they played. She was preceded in death by her parents, Eddie D. Bairfield and Rosa Bairfield; sister, Terry Q. Baker.
