Trent Roger Morse

Trent Roger Morse was born on June 23, 1944 to Willard and Ruth Morse in Buffalo, New York. He spent his childhood surrounded by a large family and traveling all over the South. After high school, Trent joined the U.S. Navy in 1962 and during his service, he married and began raising a family in Los Angeles. In 1966, Trent was honorably discharged from the Navy with the Armed Forces Expeditionary Medal and he returned to Los Angeles where he began a long career with Continental Airlines, fueling his love of aircraft and open skies. In 1981, Trent met the love of his life, Janet, and they married in 1984. As Trent's career grew, the couple traveled and lived all over the country, eventually settling in Indianapolis where Trent would retire from Continental in 1997 after 25 years of service. The couple would spend the next 24 years in their beloved Indy, where Trent would embark on several different careers, eventually retiring again from the Internal Revenue Service. se, flying all over the world with Janet right by his side. In 2019, Trent and Janet relocated back to California to be close to his daughter, their grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. On July 5, 2022, Trent passed away at the age of 78, leaving his indelible mark on those who loved him dearly. Trent enjoyed making friends everywhere and had a smile that could light up any room. It was his life's mission to always do his part and help those in need. Instilling these values in his family is his greatest legacy. Trent is survived by his loving wife, Janet. Daughter, Trena and son, Stephen. Grandchildren, Tamika and Desiree and great-grandchildren, Jazelle and Jazlene. He is also celebrated by a host of extended family and dear friends who will all miss him very much.
